Accessibility and Usability focuses on the expectations and needs of all users in the planning, design, development, and implementation of information, products, and services at MIT. Understanding users and their needs is integral to optimizing the user experience. We are part of the Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Programming (UAAP) under the Dean for Undergraduate Education.
